How can I book the vehicle?
The booking can be done very easily and quickly. You enter your desired location and the booking period and you will be shown all available models ready to be booked.The display shows you both details about the vehicle and the contact details of the dealer where the vehicle is located.
How can I change my booking?
The adjustment of a booking is made by your responsible dealer. You can find their contact details under the personal booking details in your account and in the email with your booking confirmation.
How can I cancel my booking?
A booking that has been made can be canceled online via your account. In the booking overview, you can call up the respective rental and cancel it immediately. Alternatively, you can call your responsible dealer and cancel the booking by telephone.
Is there a tariff for business customers?
There is a special business tariff for both short-term and medium-term rentals, which is displayed when you make your selection.
Are there any other costs?
Additional costs may apply in the following cases according to the rental condition signed at the dealership:
- calculation of the additional kilometers
- late return of a rented vehicle

Can I have another driver entered in the rental agreement?
With the agreement of the FCA partner you can register an additional driver when you pick up the vehicle. It is required that the additional driver can present a valid driver's license.
Am I allowed to go abroad with the rental car?
You can check with the local FCA partner, which countries you are allowed to travel to.
When can the vehicle be picked up and returned?
The rented vehicle can only be returned within the opening hours. If the vehicle is not returned at the agreed place and time, the dealer is entitled to charge a usage fee according the rental condition signed with the FCA Partner.
What documents do you need for the rental?
You are obliged to present the following documents when handing over the vehicle:
- A driving license valid
- A valid means of payment
- ID card or passport
If you cannot present the documents when the vehicle is handed over, the FCA partner cannot deliver the rental booked.
Which payment options are available?
You can check with the local FCA partner, which payment methods are available.
How do I react in the event of a claim?
The renter or driver is obliged to notify the police immediately in the event of any damage (accident, fire, theft, damage caused by game or other damage). In the event that you cannot be reached by telephone, the damage must be reported personally to the nearest police station. This also applies to minor damage to the vehicle and accidents caused by yourself without the involvement of third parties.

Can I smoke in the vehicles?
No. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles.
Who is liable for traffic violations during the rental period?
The renter is responsible for the consequences of traffic violations or criminal offenses that are determined in connection with the rented vehicle, and is liable to the rental company for any fees, costs and all damage that the rental company incurs as a result of official measures and defense against this. The landlord is expressly entitled to provide inquiring authorities with information about the tenant and driver.
Are there any handling fees for parking tickets?
The trader is free to charge a fee for processing the administrative offense.
